Two Story Craftsman Style Home located in the heart of Downtown Orlando, in Lake Eola Heights Historic District 2 blocks From Lake Eola,  in the middle of Downtown Orlando, onsite parking, Beautiful Courtyard with Water Feature and Shade Sails. Hard Wood  Cherry Floors, modern kitchen with Breakfast Bar and Front Porch with seating area to take in the view. Very Comfy and Spacious Master Suite has  Spa tub and  Shower in Master Bath. High Speed wifi. Kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso Machine and Coffee Maker.  Dining Room and Comfy Inviting Living room. The area is in the center of the best part of Downtown, being 2 blocks from Lake Eola, Great restaurants, coffee shops and casual and fine dining,. The sports and concert arena, Dr. Phillips Performing Arts Center, Church Street and Orange Ave are  a few blocks. The neighborhood is a historic preservation district with brick streets and beautiful homes all around,  greatest location in downtown, quiet and safe. Great to walk to Lake Eola Park with a farmers market every sunday and Yoga in the Park.  The Lynx bus station and SunRail are 4 blocks from house. PLEASE NOTE: I have a very shy indoor only cat  that will be taken care  in my home  while I have guest by a visiting pet sitter daily. She does not go outside and I do not kennel her away from home.  It's important home stay guest do not let her outside and are mindful of her.

This is my room in a 3 bedroom apartment where I live with my family. Everything here is designed to be fresh, clean, restful, balanced yet personal and cozy.

It has a king-sized bed in one bedroom, a queen-sized bed in two bedrooms, along a day-bed in another bedroom with a sofa sleeper in the living room. It even has complimentary transportation to your favorite Walt Disney World® Resort and Universal Studios Florida™ theme parks and attractions, which is just a quick ride away.

The resort home has breathtaking scenery of the calming beachfront lagoon pool, and an unforgettable ambiance from the moment you enter. You can easily relax with an incredible park view overlooking the paradise estate.
The cottage community comes with:

Upon entering this welcoming two-story cottage, you will find the cozy living room, opening to the dining room and kitchen. The main floor leads into the spacious first bedroom, leading into its own en-suite bathroom.
The luxury cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, which includes all utensils, appliances, and cookware needed to create your favorite meals and frozen drinks while on vacation. You and your family can gather in the dining room to enjoy a nice family meal while in paradise.
On the second floor, you will find three bedrooms, two with their own en-suite bathrooms. There is a washer and dryer combination nestled near the stairs, allowing you to pack lightly to leave plenty of room for souvenirs.

This is a brand new house, a deposit of 1,000 dollars is required. We will give it back at the end of your stay. In case of points swap, we ask for a cleaning fee of 120 dollars.

Fully air-conditioned home with pool on prestigious development 10 minute drive to Disney.  Spacious (over 2000sq.ft of living space), fantastic games room with full sized pool table, ceiling fans in bedrooms. Over 2000 square foot of living accommodation. All on one level. Fully equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer with ice making, cooker, dishwasher, microwave and garbage disposal. 

Two spacious lounges. The family room with cable TV and Hi-Fi system. Another lounge for reading and relaxing! There are 2 pull out sofa beds so you could sleep on those if the 4 bedrooms weren't enough!

Garden and 30ft private, south facing, heated pool. Poolside sun beds are provided along with outdoor dining suite for those meals alfresco.

Pool heat is optional (recommended October to April). Our villa is on a quiet road in the prestigious Lindfields Estate only 5.7 miles (10 minute drive) to Walt Disney World.  Lindfields is one of the closest developments to Disney and not far from International drive when you want to go to Universal, Islands of Adventure or Seaworld.

It is approx 75 miles to the nearest beach, Cocoa beach. The famous Daytona beach is a little further away on the East Coast. While there is the famous Salvidor Dali Museum and a gorgeous number of beaches on the West Coast, approx an hour and a half away.
