Welcome to my lavender house! My home is located in a hilly area of Highland Park neighborhood in Los Angeles. Being on a hill enables privacy and quiet serene backyard time but close enough to walk to restaurants and coffee shops on our main street here.
Highland Park is a great neighborhood that has both quiet suburban feel but within a 15 minute ride to bustling downtown Los Angeles. You can also reach popular neighborhoods like Silverlake and Echo Park in about the same time. And if you want to see the Hollywood star walk of fame, you can get there in 25 minutes.
The home has 3 bedrooms with one full bed, a twin , and the last room has a full home office. You can easily sleep 3-4 guests as there is in inflatable mattress if you need to turn the office into a room.
A brand new deck was just installed. The best place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee while feeling the morning breeze.

Highland Park sits a few miles up the 110 from Downtown L.A., just south of Eagle Rock and Pasadena. Its tree-lined residential streets mix with a walkable urban culture, particularly along the burgeoning York Boulevard, a street stocked with trendy gastropubs and art galleries. More recently, Figueroa Street has found itself as another source of increasing pedestrian activity, thanks to its Metro Gold Line stop and a burst of nightlife development.
