Lovely Chester County Home near Historic Philadelphia

My friend came over for a cup of tea, and I was telling her about LoveHomeSwap. I said, "We're a bit far from all the major cities, so I think people will pass over our house because they think it's not centrally located enough. As we were sitting out on the deck she said, "If people could experience this, everyone would want to swap with you...this is heaven!" Our 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home is on a very private, park-like acre, backing up to 17 acres of woods. Walk down the tree lined street to feed the alpacas, goats and horses, or sit out back on the 300 square ft. deck to watch the wild life, or your children-as they swing from the zip line, practice kicking soccer balls in the goal,, shoot hoops in the basketball net, or jump on the trampoline. We are 10 minutes drive from major shopping, 5 minutes from the PA turnpike, 15 minutes from the train station and yet in the middle of winding narrow country roads and rolling hills of farm land. Chester Springs is truly unique in that it is so close to so much and yet feels like you are out in the country. We have a HUGE basement playroom, a warm peaceful sun room and a private office. In addition to the formal living and dining rooms, are a custom designed and handcrafted kitchen and inviting family room with large stone fire place and barn beam rafters. We have two friendly cats and an adorable mini goldendoodle. . A cat sitter can come once a day to feed and care for the cats, or if you don't mind, you can do it. We will figure out something for the dog. We are very close to the PA Turnpike to get to Valley Forge National Park, King of Prussia Mall (one of the largest shopping malls in the United States), Historic Center City Philadelphia, Lancaster (Amish country). There are so many beautiful hikes and bike trails around here, too. And we are just a train ride away from New York City, Washington, DC or Baltimore. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING IN THE HOME OR ON THE PROPERTY. Because we often hire a house sitter when we are gone, as much advanced planning as possible would be ideal.
