Notre maison

Hello, I live alone in my 2 bedroom flat in Hackney district (London East). It's super bright, ideally located in Dalston Junction or Dalston Kingsland stations, 3 minutes walk from the train stations, and a large choice of buses as well.

The flat is as new, and clean, first floor with stairs. The decoration is artistic and colorful.

It is very pleasant to stay in and fully equipped.

There is a main bedroom with a double bed, and a guest bedroom with a sofa bed that can sleep 2 people too, just a bit more squeezed when the bed is opened. I usually use it as a meditation room, so great vibes in it. The guest bedroom sofa bed mattress is not very thick, so for comfort reasons, I would recommend to avoid having someone sleeping there for a too long period - although it’s absolutely possible, my mom, and friends did sleep there.

The bathroom has a bath.

There’s also a small semi-balcony accessible from a regular window, it gets the best golden hours.

  2. I'm extremely respectful of people's space and houses.

  3. I am absolutely in love with my flat (and I'm not saying that so you chose it!). For a single occupant or a couple, it's so cosy, the light is everything, it's oriented full West and gets both sunrise and sunset sun. I love the area too, it's vibrant, being a mix of quite a gentrified-hipstery-but-still-popular area. Dalston has been up and coming for years. The population is mainly in their 30s here, and there's also a big queer vibe in the district.
    You're actually super well connected, surrounded by parks, bars, and although the flat is on a main avenue, it's actually quiet when the windows are closed.
