Maison entre ville et montagne

Notre maison a été construite en 2010. Elle se compose au rez de chaussée d'une cuisine ouverte sur la salle à manger et le salon, d'un WC et d'un dressing. A l'étage il y a un bureau (possibilité de mettre un matelas), une salle de bain avec double lavabo, baignoire et douche ainsi que de 3 chambres: chambre des parents N.1 avec un lit double et TV, chambre des enfants N.2 avec deux lits simples et une chambre d'enfant N.3 avec un lit simple et un lit bébé. Il est possible de rajouter un matelas dans chaque chambre. Au sous-sol, il y a une cave, une pièce à lessive avec lave-linge et sèche-linge, un garage et une chambre N.4 avec un lit simple et TV. Il y a la possibilité de vous mettre à disposition un deuxième lit pour Bébé

A l'extérieur, il y a 2 terrasses avec table et chaises, salon de jardin, chaises-longues et grill. Pour les enfants il y a des balançoires avec toboggan ainsi qu'un but de foot. Durant l'été nous installons une piscine pour les enfants. Il y a également un abri pour une 2ème voiture.

Beaucoup de jouets pour l'intérieur et l'extérieur (vélos, trottinettes, ballons, raquettes...) sont à disposition de vos enfants.

Nous avons trois chats, Capuccino, Cardinal et Cookie, deux poules ainsi que deux lapins qui restent toute l'année dehors.

Possibilité d'utiliser nos voitures, soit une Ford Fiesta 5 places, soit un bus Ford Turneo 8 places.

Our house was built in 2010. There is the ground floor with an open kitchen to the dining room and living room, a toilet and a dressing. Upstairs there is one office (possibility to add a mattress) one bathroom with double sinks, tub and shower and 3 bedrooms: parents room Nr.1 with a double bed and TV, children's room Nr.2 with two single beds and an other children's room Nr.3 with a single bed and a baby bed. It's possible to add a mattress in each room. In the basement there is a cellar, a laundry room with washer and dryer, a garage for one car and also a bedroom Nr.4 with a single bed and TV. It's possible to have an other baby bed, because we still have one in the cellar.

Outside, we have a nice garden with a table and chairs, garden lounge and a grill to enjoy the summer. For the children there are three swings and a slide and there is also a little "footballfield" with a goal. During the summer we install a swimming pool for the children . There is also a small driveway with a opened hut to cover the second car.

Lots of toys for indoor or outdoor (bikes, scooters, rakets, balls...) are here for your children.

We have two cats, Capuccino, Cardinal and Cookie, two hens and 2 rabbits which are outside all the time.

Possibility to use our cars, a Ford Fiesta 5 seats or a bus Ford Turneo 8 seats.
