A sunny plaisant quiet south oriented house situated 15'drive to the center of Geneva, last house of a dead end. There is a magnificiant view of the "Salève" montain and a big open field in front. There is a little forest at the back of the house, and a small garden aroud the house (Land is 700 m2).
“Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce petit coin à la frontière française. La maison est très jolie, propre et bien équipée. Nous avons fait connaissance avec les voisins ce qui a été très agréable. La région offre de belles visites et randonnées. Nous avons grimpé le Salève et découvert la vue magnifique sur le lac Léman. Le contact avec les échangeurs a été très sympathique. Natacha et Marc.”

The house is located in the outscape of a little village (Veyrier). A plaisant walk is possible on the Salève, which can be reach by cable car or by foot. Lake Leman offer all kind of sport. Golf, Tennis and squash are 5' drive.
