Notre maison
Our home is a spacious loft, built in a historical car factory, with high ceilings, double levels, and a distinctive industrial feel. We have 4 rooms: 2 spacious teen rooms, one parental room, built on a mezzanine floor, and one smaller guest room. The loft has 3 bathrooms. In the building, there is a gym, a spa, and a concierge service. We also have a small garden (40 square meters).

Where is it?
Votre Quartier
We live in an urban area, but our building is situated in a parc, with plenty of green space and a very nice play area for children. Within 10 minutes walk, you can reach the forest and the river Rhône, where you can jog or take a hike to the country side.
The nearest supermarket is at 3 min. walk, as is the nearest bus stop allowing to reach the city's main spots in 10 to 15 minutes (airport, railway station, city center, lake, international organizations...). If you like to walk, all of these places can also be reached on foot in 20 to 30 min.
The nearest mountains are at a 30-45 minutes drive. Being in the middle of Europe, it is possible to take quick trips to any other European country (ex: getting to Paris by train takes 3h30, and by plane just about 45 min. - which makes it possible to take a day trip).
