Notre maison

Our house is a contemporary wood frame of 150 sqm , very bright.
At first floor are 3 bedrooms, toilets and a bathroom.
At ground floor are a bedroom with a bathroom, toilet and a spacious lounge / dining / kitchen open on the windows.
From the spacious terrace you can dine overlooking the mountains and enjoy the garden of 900m2 closed.
It is situated near the city but near the countryside.
It is very quiet.

Cranves Sales is a small town of 5400 residents, situated in Haute-Savoie to 520 meters.
Cranves Sales is situated in 15 km from Geneva (international airport) side Mont Blanc, Annecy (35 min) and Chamonix (50 mins).
A market is held every Sunday morning, all the shops are nearby.
You can enjoy the pleasures of the Leman lake or the Annecy lake : swimming, sailing, diving, water skiing, or if you prefer the mountains, you can enjoy hiking, biking, rafting, paragliding or climbing.
Access to the motorway to Annecy and Chamonix is only 2 minutes from the house. Italy is not far from the Mont Blanc tunnel.
