Notre maison

My apartment is on the last floor of an historic building (with elevator) renovated in 2008. It's comfortable, cozy, quiet and extremely well-located.
From the corridor you'll acceed (in order) to the well-furnished sleeping room, to the bathroom with bathtub/shower, to the live-in kitchen and to the spacious 30sqm living room.
The furniture is modern, solid and functional.

I'm in my early forties and live alone, but will travel with my boyfriend.
I'm in charge of the Purchasing Department in the local subsidiary of a multinational pharmaceutical company and my partner is responsible for educational trainings.
We both enjoy working-out, the arts and travelling (I was in NSW in 2008) and have a soft spot for good food and wine.
Being of respectful nature, we will take care of your environment, just as we do with ours.

Situated in one of the best areas of Lausanne , between downtown and the lake, the street disposes of food-stores, charming restaurants and nice little shops. Downtown is at 8-minute reach by foot, let alone by bus and/or subway.
Among others, Lausanne (a.k.a. the Olympic City) is renowned for headquartering the International Olympics Committee (the museum is in the area), for being extremely safe and hosting beautiful public parks and museums (e.g. Hermitage, Beaux-Arts, Elysée, ...).
The efficient public transportation network brings you to Geneva within 30 minutes, Bern (Swiss capital) and the village of Gruyère in 1 hour and to magnificent skiing resorts in 1 and half hour.
