Notre maison
Our house is a modern 3 storey house, located on the hill above the vineyards of Lavaux and overlooking the Lake of Geneva, the French coast and Alps. It has a fully equipped open kitchen, a large living room with bay windows, 2 bedrooms (one with en suite bathroom), TV room. One balcony and a large terrace, with lily pond. Garage for 2 cars.
2 bicycles.

We are a still active Swiss couple, who like to travel. We always take our vacation at the end of the year, and we look for warm and sunny places during the months of November to February. We like to do sport (hiking, tennis, golf) when possible. We are used to house swap with friends and to long-term rentals, so we know how to appreciate the comfort and the quality of other people's property and valuable belongings and how to take care of them.

The vineyards of Lavaux on the shore of Lake Geneva, between the towns of Lausanne and Vevey, has recently been declared Unesco World Heritage site. A car will be useful, otherwise the train to Lausanne (7 minute train ride) is 10 minutes walk from the house. Lutry is a charming medieval town, directly on the lake.
In the winter ski resorts for downhill and cross-country skiing are within 30-60 minutes drive from the house. We also have a very typical Swiss chalet in the Swiss Alps for exchange with skiers.
