Notre maison
One of the nicest places in Zurich, 220 m2, 3m high rooms, 1900 built home, totally renovated, calm and central.
With Zurich's museums, parks, boutiques and restaurants on your doorstep this beautiful property is located near the historic centre of Zurich, just above Bellevue, the place where Zurich lake and river touch each other.
A mix of modern and period design and a spacious layout make for a calm, and comfortable environment. The sun filled property has high ceilings.
A Fully equipped kitchen within the main living space has a large VZug oven/steamer, 4 burners and dishwasher. The ltwo arge bathrooms with bath and shower also include a professional Schulthess washing machine and separate dryer. Plenty of fluffy towels are provided.
The comfortable living room has a 75 inch flat screen TV and the dining room a table with seating for 12 people.
On request we can as well provide you with our car, a black Land Rover Defender, 7 seats.

We are priviledged to live in a very central, large, and nicely restored historic house near the center of Zurich, the lake in a nice neighborhood with a lot of families, parks, and culture. During school holidays we are interested to start discussing swaps with families in similar situations.

Where is it?
Votre Quartier
Our area, called Zurich Hottingen, is located just above the lake area, Zurich Seefeld. It remembers a little bit of Schöneberg in Berlin, with lots of trees, but still very central. In fact, the train station Stadelhofen from Calatrava and the historic center are a 5-10 min footwalk. Walking down to the lake through Seefeld if 5 min, and if you walk 5 min up the hill, you can enter the historic mountain train that takes you in another 5 min to Grand Hotel Dolder, with its Tennis, Golf, and Spa facilities. From there a 10 min walk through the woods goes to Zurich Zoo. If you take the car, everything in Zurich is reachable in less than 15 min, and the pulic transportation system Tram, stops 50 meters from our house.
