The apartment includes 2 outdoor parking spaces.
Location:
Excellent location - in the middle of the sporting infrastructure! Just a few steps away: sports center with ice ring (summer tennis courts and outdoor pool), cross country ski trails, snowgarden, Diethelmpromenade, ski lift Selfranga, bus station. The station of Gotschnabahn, many shops and restaurants as well as the train station can be reached in about 8 - 10 minutes walking.

Bright and friendly duplex apartment which is very tastefully and comfortably furnished.
special:
Enjoy a very pleasant, cozy atmosphere with a lot of comforts and a "chalet-feeling" in a prime location! Non-smoking (smoking on the balcony is ok).
Pets are not allowed.
Shared infrastructure (by 4 apartments in the house): Laundry room, ski room.
The community pool is a 3-5 minute walk.

We are a European family of 4: Steffen, the German husband, Elin, the Swedish wife and our two boys Hugo and Erik. We live and work in Switzerland, close to Zurich.
Steffen is a manager in the dental industry and Elin is a project manager.
Since moving to Switzerland in 2008, we explored the different areas in the Swiss Alps. Two years ago we bought our duplex in our favorite destination - Klosters. An upscale, but traditional and mountain village that offers everything.

Klosters is an upscale, but traditional mountain village in the Swiss Alps. The lift system is connected with neighbouring, larger Davos, famous for the WEF. In Klosters, the royal English and Swedish families like to vacation for its convenience and understated charm. It is great for skiing in winter, but the mountains are great for hiking and biking in the warmer months, too.
