Notre maison
The house is a large (270 m2) family ski chalet 500 m away from the main ski gondola in Gryon. It has a very large, open plan kitchen / dining / sitting room with 5 bedrooms which are all en suite. There is a separate TV room off the main room on the first floor. There are 3 ensuite rooms upstairs (2 children and 1 parent room). On the bottom floor there are a further 2 bedrooms. Outside there is a neat garden with a lovely balcony and terrace and two garages with adjoining ski room. The house is very well placed to take advantage of all the amazing outside experiences available locally
It is wonderful to live in a ski station with year round activities. The winter season is dominated by the skiing and snowy activities. Villars-Gryon is a wonderful and family friendly ski area. There is lots of scope for experts to explore on or off piste whilst the possibilities for families are outstanding. There are some great cross-country ski tracks as well up to the Col de la Croix and through the Coufin. If one does not ski / snowboard there are some delightful snow shoe tracks to follow in the countryside. The summer season is brimming with exceptional outside experiences. The mountain biking is world class whether you like down hill or cross country. E-biking has really kicked off over the last two years as well and all sorts of bikes can be hired locally. There are seriously beautiful places to visit nearby and highlights include Solalex, Pont de Nant and the picturesque swimming lake at Frience.
Overall, if you wish to spend time with family on a ski holiday or enjoy the alpine summer, this wonderful, spacious, light and airy chalet is stay.

It is also only 500 m from the ski gondola which is open in summer and winter. The house is located in a calm dead end road with only 3 other houses on.
