Notre maison

This lovely flat (65m2) has a kitchen/dining-room, a big bedroom, a charming living-room with a fireplace, an office, a bathroom and a separated restroom. It is south oriented. There is a private backyard at the rear of the building.

Cet appartement (65m2) a une cuisine/salle à manger, une grande chambre, un charmant séjour avec cheminée, un bureau, une salle de bain et un WC séparé. Il est orienté sud. Il y a un jardin privé à l'arrière du bâtiment.

This flat is located in the city centre of Geneva (downtown). It takes 5 min to walk to the central train station, and 10 min to walk to the banks of the lake. There are a lot of shops and utilities close to the flat (post office, bank, market, drugstore, etc.) . The neighborhood is lovely and calm.

Cet appartement est situé en plein centre ville de Genève. Il se trouve à 5 min à pied de la gare centrale et 10 min à pied du bord du lac. Il y a beaucoup de magasins et services à proximité (poste, banque, magasin alimentaire, pharmacie, etc.). Le quartier est joli et calme.

We are a couple, one of us works as an early childhood educator and the other one is a student in architecture. We both are 26 years old.

Nous sommes un couple composé d'une éducatrice de la petite enfance et d'un étudiant en architecture. Nous avons 26 ans.
