“We had a wonderful and very happy time in Cully. It was our first holiday in Switzerland and we were a family group of seven—all very active and keen to be outside. Jean Marc and Winka’s home was the perfect base from which to explore the beautiful surrounding countryside. We hired e-bikes from Lausanne train station and zipped around the vineyards and pastures behind Cully and over to Vevey. We walked over to Rivaz and stopped at beaches along the way, with an array of rocks, pontoons and diving boards to keep Emile our 15-year old endlessly entertained. The older adult children (plus one boyfriend) also enjoyed the water and lakeside life. The house gave us lots of space and every comfort we could imagine or need. The kitchen had everything that you could possibly need for cooking any meal. The local Co-op in Cully had all the basics which was great as we were there during the annual August holiday of the local baker. The Sunday and Thursday markets had great produce. We loved Mitsu the cat and Jean Marc and Winka were very responsive and communicative. We spent nine days in Cully and it was a fabulous holiday—highly recommended! ”
