Notre maison
This charming 130 square meter apartment in one of the most attractive Swiss skiing areas (Churwalden-Lenzerheide-Arosa) has been built in 2006. A brand new ski lift that brings you to the slopes is just 200 meters away. Also very near to public transportation (bus) and supermarket. The apartment has high ceilings with exposed oak beams. Make yourself cosy in the open plan living room around the Swedish fireplace. There are 2 bedrooms (one queen and one with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms downstairs (one with a bath tub and one with a steam shower cabin); the 3rd bedroom (queen) and bathroom is located upstairs (indoor stairs). The is also a vide with a infrared sauna upstairs. Kids are most welcome, but please note that the stairs are not ideal for todlers. Washer and dryer and Indoor parking (with PHEV hook up) are availble. The area is also very nice in the summer and the fall. Lots of outdoor activities (hiking, biking, swimming) can be performed. No pets please (allergies).

“Judith's home in Churwalden is a delight. The large picture windows look out on the surrounding hills and mountains and one could be content to just sit and admire the views. The home itself is modern, light and bright, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen had everything a gourmet cook may need and the beds are comfortable. We enjoyed all the hiking that was on our doorstep, being rewarded with sensational views from several peaks. The summer Luge was also a hit with my young sons (and me), 3.1 km and 30 turns, wow! I would certainly recommend a swap with Judith, who is an excellent communicator, so you too can enjoy this beautiful part of Switzerland. Justin, Andrea, and the boys Cherryville Australia”
