Our new built terrace house finished in August 2015 is situated at the hillside of the city of Chur with a wide view overlooking Chur,the eldest town of Switzerland and the mighty mountains around. The north side has full window front 13 m with a big terrace 40 m2.The house is brandnew, we moved in August 2015.Also the other rooms have big windows.
The livingroom also 40 m2 is combined with a modern kitchen and cheminee.There is one master bedroom with bathroom and two other rooms used as office with additional sleeps and bathroom.
The terrace house can be reached comfortely from the garage.
In between 15 minutes walk you are downtown. Some steps down from the house you are at the bus stop.

From our house you easily can reach many well known summer and winter tourismus places like Lenzerheide, Flims/Laax (20 Min) ,Davos (40 min),St Moritz.In wintertime you have all activities like skiing, alpine and country cross Snowbording sliding etc.In summer you can enjoy hiking and swimming in the mountain lakes.
Chur as capital of the cantone Graubünden offers nice museums,an interesting downtown and shopping possibilities.
