Notre maison

Our home is comfortable, clean, and conveniently located in the center of Geneva. We have a nice garden in which we grow vegetables. We are lucky enough to have two children.

My husband Patrice is a medical doctor and I am a civil servant for the State of Geneva. We have a 5 year-old daughter and a 9 year-old son who both go to the International School of Geneva. We spent two wonderful years in the Presidio Park in San Francisco from 2003 to 2005 (Patrice was working at UCSF) and are planning to go back there in August to meet our friends and our kids' friends.

We have a very good relationship with our neighbors. They are very helpful, and so is our family, who lives 10 min drive from us. Tramway stop is close-by, so you can reach the lake or Geneva old town in less than 10 min. It takes less than one hour drive to reach the mountains (Swiss or French Alps) where you can go hiking or biking (even summer skiing if you are motivated). Patrice's brother works at the Geneva Tourism Office. There is no better guide for your stay in Geneva and for discovering the Lake Geneva Region. The Geneva Festival takes place from 30 July to 9 August 2009 (http://www.fetes-de-geneve.ch/index_e.html or http://www.geneve-tourisme.ch/). In addition, Geneva is within 1-2 hours flight from all major European cities (including Paris, Milan, Venice, Barcelona, Madrid, Berlin, London, Brussels, Amsterdam, Vienna,...). You can find cheap tickets through Easyjet airline and others.
