Notre maison
This 3 bedroom apartment was converted from a hotel in 2002 and therefore enjoys communal facilities such as a beautiful swimming pool with mountain views, gym, sauna and residents lounge. Well placed in the Gstaad 3000 ski region for summer hiking and winter skiing holidays alike. There are 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom, sleeping a total of 6. The main feature of the apartment is a large, open-plan lounge, kitchen and dining area with floor-to-ceiling windows and doors opening onto a 20m long balcony overlooking the village of Chateau D/Oex. This traditional Swiss village is a 5 minute downhill walk (10 minutes back uphill!) where there are a good half-dozen restaurants, bars and the main shopping area. The village is also well-served by a regular train service to Montreux and Gstaad.
