Nous habitons un appartement (duplex) au 4ème étage. Il y a un parking souterrain avec possibilité de mettre 2 voitures. Il y a aussi un endroit pour ranger les vélos. Il y a une terrasse avec 2 chaises longues et à côté un balcon avec une table pour 4 personnes et un grill. Les 2 chambres à coucher possèdent un lit à 2 places avec possibilité de rajouter un lit de camp dans une des chambres. L'appartement est très convivial. Il y a un ascensseur.
L'endroit est très calme pour dire que nous nous trouvons au centre ville. Les magasins et restaurants se trouvent à qq minutes seulement, une piscine couverte est à 5 minutes à pied et le bord du lac à 10 minutes.
Nous sommes un couple de 28 et 36 ans, mon copain a un enfant qui vit avec nous (13 ans). Nous souhaitons échanger notre maison pour l'été 2012 avec une famille venant de Corse habitant près de Prunelli-di-Fiumorbo où une partie de ma famille vit, à côté de Ghisonaccia.

The location is great for exploring Normandy and we had two trips to Paris by train from Poissy station. Son una familia encantadora, respetuosos y amables, y nos han dejado un montón de información sobre los alrededores. Su casa es muy agradable, y hemos estado encantados de cuidar sus 2 gatos y 5 gallinas, además hemos comido huevos fresquísimos. La casa está muy cerca de París y Versalles y hemos aprovechado para ir a Disney, las playas Normandía, y recorrer la rivera del río Sena y sus pueblos que nos han encantado. Si estáis pensando en visitar esta zona de Francia, esta casa es muy recomendable, nosotros estamos encantados con el intercambio. ¡Muchas gracias por todo!”
“In the spring of 2015 I have had a great vacation at the lovely house of Emma and Olivier in Bennecourt. I really felt very welcome in their beautiful house. The house is located at a very quiet spot in a very nice village. Nearby there are a lot of pretty small villages you can visit, like the town where Monet lived, but you can also visit the Normandy sea from their house. Emma and Olivier have given me a lot of documentation on places to visit and things to do which made the vacation perfect. The family took good care of our home and cat and had cleaned our house very well. In short I can say I have had a wonderful home-swap in which I have enjoyed every minute! Anke from the Netherlands”
