House built in the 1940's, warm, comforting and quaint little house!!!
This house has front and back door entrances along with a security gate that opens and closes with a beeper. We also have 3 dogs that take care of the yard for us...The area is an older area, safe, older community with cultural music, garden stores, walmart, gas staions and grocery stores very close. The house itself has all appliances...Laundry indoors, stove, fridge, air condition in the main bedroom and ceiling fans in every room. The yard is child friendly, toys, small pool, bikes(2-5yrs) and a large play area. The Vehicle we have is a Toyota 4-Runner and a small Jeep. For a fun get away, consider this HOUSE.....Private, Comfortable and Open.....we are flexible for dates......

The surrounding area is busy....in the heart of the city....close to many ammenities...grocery, gas stations, shopping, beaches, airport and many other ammenities. The area is an older neighborhood. The area is usually quiet...weekends can be a little musical...cultural sounds can be heard all around....it's a nice friendly area and again...2 acres....country in the city style.....

Friendly, adventurous people...We are open and honest people...We have a two year old boy who also loves the journey of life....We are in the Film Indusrty as well as the Health Industry(Aromatherapy and Massage THerapy.) We are bilingual, speaking English and Spanish. Our interests are friends, family, biking, surfing, snowboarding, skiing, yoga, meditaion and whatever else we can experience. We have great credibility and wonderful references....we are what you want in your house!!!
