Our home is not available very often. We are not on AirBnB, Booking.Com, as our interest is to arrive at a mutually agreeable home swap in a non commercial way.
Two-storey white weatherboard Cape COD style home with only a grass lawn to the dunes and beautiful PAPAMOA Beach.
Our community has all types of available commercial and recreational facilities in close proximity. The airport is 20mins away.

“We had a lovely time at Jenny and Alans place, the location is stunning, your private beach! The house is large and has many beds and hidden spots to relax. It was very clean and comfortable. We especially appreciated the efforts that Jenny and Alan put into making our stay easy by providing a cot, high chair and toys for our daughter. Again, many thanks for that.”
“Lovely stay at Alan and Jenny's property in Papamoa Beach. Absolute beach front with a spectacular view from the family room and master bedroom. Comfortable and clean home with everything you would need, good heating throughout including slow combustion wood fire. Easy drive to Mt Manganui and easy access to Tauranga and surrounding area's. Lovely area with easy access to local shops with a great bakery, café and Cinema. Alan and Jenny easy to communicate with. Alan and Jenny stayed at my home at an earlier time and were the perfect guests.”

We are a retired couple.
We regularly travel nationally (and internationally when possible!) and therefore our home is available during these times for swap or points.
We are quite passionate about outdoor activities reflected in our seaside location with many activities within close proximity.
Our beachfront home is in a quiet street only minutes from shops, restaurants, movie theatre, schools, playgrounds, with great fishing off the beach.
