Sweet home in heart of Holland

This home is located in the heart of Holland. About a 40 min drive from Amsterdam and 20 minutes to Utrecht.
It has a lovely garden, with a terrific view. The surrounding area is great for walking or biking.

The house itself is like a lovely retreat space. It has a wooden floor, it's light and bright, has one bathroom, one bedroom, a kitchen, a dining area, and mainly just has a wonderful vibe to it. And when you go outside, there is this big terrace; great for dining and spending long summer evenings.

The house is ideally suited for a couple or solo traveler. A dog-friend is welcome too. (love dogs!)
Even though there's good public transport in Holland, It would be best to have a car here.

I personally have lived in this house for 5 years now, and have enjoyed it so much. It's perfect for writing & creating and discovering Holland. It is pretty quiet though, so it's probably not for everyone.

This location is also lovely if you'd like to travel through Europe and keep this as a home base. From Amsterdam many wonderful European spots like Paris, London or Berlin, are a relatively short train ride away.

I haver very sweet neighbors, if ever anything, they'll help you out. Other than that, the house is well taken care off, clean, and has a wood stove for cozy evenings :)
