Notre maison

Our cosy home on the Amstelkade is at close distance to downtown Amsterdam.
Th house is located on a small canal, with boats infront.

Our area, de Pijp, on the border of de Rivierenbuurt, is very lively with lots of restaurants, a nice park, the famous Albert Cuyp market etc
Our house has a small but sunny garden facing south, one master bedroom, one children's bedroom, with room for two kids.

The house is about 75 m2.

It is very light, has Japanese sliding doors, French design couch and a Finnish table lamp. We are not super tidy, but will make sure the house is clean and tidy when guests come.

The new, very light, well isolated cubic space (http://www.hubbels.eu) in the backyard can be used as an office, rec room or extra bedroom.
Our 17 year old sleeps there sometimes, it now has a nice fold out sofa.
Our 9 year old son, Magnus has a high sleeper (high bed) and our 5 year old daughter has a bed in the same room

We also have a good piano, Viktor loves playing it. We have lots of books and instruments.
Our kitchen is small but well equipped with a good coffee machine, bean grinder, stove etc...

We have lots of toys and children's stuff like a high chair, stroller, bikes with child seats and toys. Our garden is nice and sunny, we have meals here in the summer.
The children's bedroom has a small bed, 1.50 long, which can be used for kids from 2-7 years and a high bed 90x200 m

Bikes included if you dare biking here : ) car swap is also an option.
we have a nice playground around the corner.
