Beautifull Large Family House Amsterdam/Utrecht

Our 1928 home is a beautiful, large, recently renovated (modern interior), very comfortable house with a nice, low-maintenance garden facing south (lots of light and sunshine), including an outdoors cooker and a large dinner table. It has three floors, with on the ground floor a hallway, a toilet, a very spacious living room, a large, open, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, espresso machine, dishwasher, gas cooker, lots of cabinets, quooker), one bedroom, and one bathroom. The second floor has 3 good-size bedrooms (one very large one) all with double beds, and a spacious bathroom with a double bath, two sinks, a toilet and a shower. On the third floor there is a master bedroom with an en-suite full bathroom, including a bath, two sinks and a shower, and another bedroom/study with a double bed. There is a separate, large shack with a washing machine and a dryer, and a space with a couch and a TV - great place for kids and teenagers to hang out!
The neighborhood is safe, child-friendly, with beautiful 1930's style houses, suitable for nice walks. It has many good public elementary and high schools and day-cares, including an international elementary and high school.
Our house is a 5-minute walk from the railway station with fast connections to Amsterdam and Utrecht (20 minutes each) with its great universities, museums, and architecture. Hilversum itself has everything you need (shops, restaurants, theaters, farmer's market) and is located very centrally in The Netherlands and therefore close to all other destinations in The Netherlands. In addition to being close to major cities, our home is also near beautiful heather fields and forests (10 minute walk). In addition, the Loosdrecht lakes, where you can swim, sail and canoe are a 10-minute drive from our house.
Our home is very suitable for families with kids, as we have kids ourselves.
We are looking for a home in Los Angeles relatively close to UCLA, for the Fall of 2017, that can house two adults, 3 children and a dog.
