The building is situated in a monumental Jugendstill building. It has a balcony with a view on the Royal Palace. It's really in the centre of the centre surrounded by the canals, Dam square, lots of bars and musea and shops.
I have really nice neighbours and one of my best friends is living in the same building, so there is always somebody around in case you need any help.
You can also use my bike if you are in my house. The bike is the best way to explore Amsterdam and since my house is in the centre of Amsterdam you can reach any location as a real local in no time!
I am a photographer and a artist, so I have a lot of art books and art on the wall and object I collect, so with being in my house, you are also a bit in a museum.
Everybody who is doing house switch with me will get as a present a small exclusive print from my work to take to your own house.
The house has a balcony with view on the royal palace. It also has a microwave, WIFI, Blue tooth Subwoofers, a television, a toaster and a lot of other things as well off course.
I'm always up for a offer! I like to swap both with houses in nature as with houses in another city.
“The location of his apartment is the big plus. You can easily walk to all the highlights in this amazing city or take the public transportation right in front of your door. The apartment is comfortable and reminded me of my time being a student. A lot of chairs to climb, also if you want to go to bed.
