Notre maison

...quieter, greener, with lots of water around...northern part of the Netherlands, an hour directly north of Amsterdam.

5 minutes bike-cycle or 15 minutes walk to the train station, then direct train to Amsterdam central (1hr 5mins)...
10 minutes drive or 30 minute bike-cycle to the closest beach...as cold water as the Netherlands coast-line has, for most of the year.
20 minutes drive to the closest island ferry, Texel...

At arrival, parking directly opposite the house.
Ground floor - entrance hall, utility room, 2-piece powder room, office, garage(laundry, storage and gym space). Open space gourmet kitchen, dinning and lounge. Garden with 2 different sitting areas.
1st floor, 2 bedrooms(1 closet, 1 double bed), 5-piece bathroom
2nd floor, storage room, 1 bedroom(queen bed), balcony

2 dogs also live here in case you have allergies...

NO smoking a MUST! If you smoke outside, please pick-up after your cigarette buts.

Quiet village with a population of about 15k people.surrounded by greenery and water(amstelmeer) - with marinas, and good for windsurfing, lots of fishing spots.
A zoo known for rehabilitation of big cats.
Shopping centre with everything you will need (4 big supermarkets (all sells alcohol), 3 drug stores, 3 butcheries, bakeries, “snack” bars, food markets at different days, ATM machine, clothing shops, 2 saloons/barber shops, etc)
