Notre maison
Family townhouse
Our house is a spacious family home (320 sqm) and the perfect base for visiting Amsterdam or the Netherlands in general. Our home is located in a quiet neighbourhood. The house has four levels. In the basement there is plenty of space to chill out and watch television for teenagers. The ground floor consists of a livingroom which is connected to the dining area, the kitchen . Our garden offers plenty of space to relax and is on the sunny south east side. The first floor has a large master bedroom with a kingsize bed, a balcony, airco and a connecting bathroom. The other bedroom on this floor has a confortable sofa bed. The second floor has two bedrooms with double beds, 2 balconies and airco, a seperate bathroom and a laundry room. The house, originally build in 1928, has been totally renovated and offers every comfort of a contempory home.
Cleaning: we do charge a cleaning fee of $125 at the end of your stay. If you would like to arrange for cleaning service during your stay please let us know prior to your arrival.
Transport
Schiphol airport is a 15 minute drive by car or by train. The station Amsterdam Zuid is within walking distance from the house and connects you with the rest of our beautiful country in no time.

Our home is situated in the popular area of "Oud Zuid", witch neigbourhood is quiet but still close to the city center of Amsterdam, big museums like the "Rijksmuseum", the "Van Gogh" museum, the "Stedelijk museum", the famous canals and shopping area's. Our neighbourhood is famous for it's beautiful architecture from the 1920. Just within walking distance of the house there is a large number of good restaurants to visit . You can do your (groceries) shopping around the corner in the popular Beethovenstaat (insta: Beethovenstraat Amsterdam) and the Cornelis Shuytstraat (insta: CornelisSchuytstraat). To get around town you can walk, rent bikes or use public transport which is easy accessible.
