The apartment is located between 3 parks the Gijsbrecht Aemstelpark, the Beatrixpark and the beautiful Amstel Park (which is just around the corner) Great for running, biking, picknicking, or to just sit back, relax and enjoy the serenity or a glass of wine. Want some more action? Just hop on a bus or tram (or bike?)which will bring you to the bustling citycenter within 15 minutes. Museums are 15 tram-minutes away.

Right across the street of the apartment (1 minute walk) you will find the Groot Gelderlandplein Shopping Mall, with speciality shops, the coffee company, a very big supermarket for your daily needs (open 7 days a week) and several restaurtants to enjoy breakfast, luch or dinner are within close range. For more shopping you can go to the Beethovenstraat which is a 12 minute walk. Gym and organic supermarket minutes walk. PC-Hooftstraat the poshest shopping street of Amsterdam and the famous Leidseplein for some clubbing is 15 minutes by tram.

The citycenter of Amsterdam is within easy reach via the (fast) trams 51 and 5. There are also several busses which will take you anywhere in the city.

A laundry room, spacious living/dining room (4 x 11 mtrs) large windows, Separate PRIVATE kitchen fully equiped with stove, fridge, freezer, oven, micro-wave and utensils.
Location on 1st floor, easily accessible by 2 sets of wide stairs.

Lots of restaurants and cafe's at Gelderlandplein (2 min) and the Zuidas, only 8 minutes walk from the apartment.

Beethovenstraat is very nice for shopping or having lunch. Only a 15 minute walk.
