Stylish family home next to Vondelpark Amsterdam

“Five stars all round. We loved staying at Emiel and Laura's place in Amsterdam. The apartment is beautifully designed and furnished. They are experienced hosts and have a large information pack about their home and the surrounding area. The garden was pretty. It was super to have the piano to practice whist we were away! The area is great as it is away from the city centre but in an area which has everything you need. Nice restaurants, a great organic supermarket, a yoga centre which offers a 'tourist pass' which I went to every morning, and the highlight was Vondelspark which was a great place to explore and burn off some energy. We took scooters for our kids and I took rollerblades and we very much enjoyed burning around the park! The other side of the park there are some other very nice restarants, and also you can take a walk through the park to reach the Museum district. “We had a great time at Emiels home ! Very well situated, small supermarket at the end of the street, and not far from the vondelpark. My mom had her birthday and they gave me decoration items to surprise her. We would love to come back again !”

“It was a very nice swap! The communication was easy, clear and with respect. The house was clean, everything was taking care of. The location was in a nice neighbourhood. Shops close by, we could park our car in the street. It was funny because the swap was in our own country. So it was a classical swap and we liked it. Our house is located in a small city in Holland near Rotterdam. So it was a nice try-out. During the swap we had some contact with Emiel and Laura to inform eachother. We liked the house in Amsterdam. And we met Emiel and Laura, nice people as well. Thanks for being in your house and taking care of our house! Regards Rob and Orly”

“Emiel was very welcoming and his property was perfect for our 3 night stay. The house was in perfect order and offered a good range of facilities to make our stay enjoyable. It was in easy walking distance (or trams) to Amsterdam Centre. Ideal for a city break. We would recommend restaurant Adam nearby - excellent”
