All in apartment @ westerpark, close to centre

This very light, airy, quiet and clean top floor apartment formally functioned as an attic for storage in a building that dates back to the 1900's. It is completely renovated a decade ago and therefore very comfortable. Note that the apartment is on the fourth floor and there is no elevator. It fits two people perfectly but there is a sofabed in the livingroom that could be used by two more if necessairy. I don't mind children at all but since I have none, the apartment isn't kid proof. Not that safe for little ones I'm afraid. Pets are welcome and with the park around the corner perfectly located for dog owners.

The apartment comes apartment comes with fresh linnen and towels, a sofa bed in case you want to sleep separate, high speed wireless internet, tv with HDMIMiniDisplay (Macbook) connection, PS3/DVD, a stereo with mini-jack/ipod connection, a professionally equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom with rain shower, bathtub, washer and dryer. Sunlight will hit the living room at around ±10.00 in the morning. As the bedroom is situated on the other side of the building there will be no direct sunlight coming in, giving you an easy wake up. From ±16.00 to sundown the sun will show itself on the balcony which is situated at the quiet patio side of the building.

The neighborhood is quiet and friendly with enough buzzing in the busier part where the shops, cafe's and restaurants are located. As I already said, the park is just around the corner and it is great for kids, has a separate part for dogs to go wild, houses a movie theatre and some great restaurants. If you like to go for a jog it's amazing aswell. The Jordaan area is reachable by foot in roughly 5 or 10 minutes. But I would advise to rent a bike around the corner and explore the beautiful city this way. Keep one eye on traffic though!! The apartment is very reachable from central station; a direct busline stops 1 minute walking from the apartment. A taxi to central station will cost about 15 euro's, to Schiphol Airport about 30 euro's.
