Spacious 3-floor appartment in monumental building

FOR CHRISTMAS 2018 WE HAVE AVAILABILITY AND ARE LOOKING FOR A MAJOR EUROPEAN CITY.

Our spacious 3-floor apartment (250 m2) is on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floor of a monumental block in Amsterdam Oud Zuid (Old South). A quiet and green part of Amsterdam and within walking distance of all major Amsterdam musea, 2 big parks, shops, restaurants etc.. There is no elevator, so you will have to climb 3 wide stairs, although we do have a small service elevator (that goes to our apartment only) for small luggage and groceries.
The house is situated on a corner with windows on 2 sides so it’s sunny and light. Furnished with a lot of designer stuff, some nice art, wooden floors and nicely painted walls. A lovely big family home with a warm feel.
We have 2 children of 17 and 13 years old so children are very much welcome although we do not have a lot of toys for small children anymore.
On the 3rd floor, the entrance, we have a roomy hall, an ensuite living room with fire place, a separate television room, a toilet and a fully equipped kitchen. Sonos System through whole house.
On the 4th floor 3 bedrooms, all 3 doubles, a double bathroom, a separate toilet and a washroom.
On the 5th floor a very spacious loft with a study, an extra double bed, an exercise trainer, dumbells and plenty of extra room for children with a big screen / beamer, Xbox, fatboys and toys.
Also on the 5th floor a small roof terrace with lounge beds overlooking Amsterdam Zuid.
Nearby are many lively streets, shops and restaurants, public transportation – both train and tram – and Schiphol Amsterdam Airport is only 15 minutes by car. You can use our bikes (4 adults) to explore the city if you like.
