Penthouse Apartment Amsterdam City Views

Our place is located in the luxury residential building "Coffee" situated on the ij river in the eastern docklands of Amsterdam City. It’s 2 tram stops away from Amsterdam Central Station. There is a tram stop adjacent from the building across the road which runs every 15 minutes up until 12:30am daily.

The apartment is located in the complex, The sheds, built in 2004. The pilots is inspired by the robust shipping offices of the nineteenth century. The complex is divided into five buildings (Cinnamon, coffee, cocoa, tea and pepper)

There are many international company’s situated throughout the vicinity, UP, Booking.com, and Warner Brothers to name a few.

We are located just down from The Mövenpic Hotel and Passenger Terminal.
There are plenty of restaurants around our area two of them being either side of our building. There are two large grocery stores one tram stop away or an eight minute walk.

Our home has Floor to ceiling windows, deep red carpet and designer furniture.

My favorite is the orange suede recliner with adjustable remote control settings for that extra bit of comfort :)

There is a wet room/walk in rain shower enclosed by tall glass doors and a large vanity mirror and sink. It is tiled throughout with Sahara Desert sand colored tiles.

The toilet room is separate and along the hallway next door to the wet room.

The master room has a queen sized bed dressed with designer bedding , large doubled frosted glass wardrobes and a flat screen tv.

The second bedroom is smaller in size and has a double bed, frosted glass wardrobes and a flat screen tv.

There is also a balcony off the living/kitchen area.
