Last minute: Family home 1st or 2nd week of August

Our sweet home is located in the family friendly and populair area of Amsterdam Watergraafsmeer. In summertime, we have our garden doors open all day and enjoy our meals outside. The 110m2 Amsterdamse School style apartment has two floors and is perfect for families, couples or a small groups of friends who are mindful to our kind neighbors.

Interior: One masterbedroom (small) and two bedrooms (large) with two beds each (one bunk bed). There's a guest bed is in the corridor and a sofabed in the living room.

Area: Shops and parks with play areas are within walking distance.
Watergraafsmeer is a green and relaxed area of town with opportunities for every budget. Either take your bbq to the nearby park or enjoy a lavish dinner at The Kas. We recommend Kediri as one of the best Indonesian take-aways in town, and there are many other high quality and affordable cuisines to be found in this eastern part of Amsterdam. Supermarkets, bakery Balvert and our favorite butcher De Wit are in walking distance, and Oostpoort is our local shopping center.

Getting around: The center of town is a 15 minute tram ride away and Zandvoort beach is 30 minutes from Central Station. To get around by public transportation you'll need a OV-card per person (costs 7,50 euros). You charge the card at the station or supermarket. We have two that you can use. Parking in our area is 3 euros/hour. If you come by car it is best is to drop off your stuff and use the Park+Ride options. Getting around by bike is a lot of fun. Rent a bike at our bicycle shop Fiets+Meer around the corner and explore the center of town, the pittoresque Dutch villages and landscape north of Amsterdam, or one of Amsterdams city beaches Blijburg.
