Nice 4 floor apartment in cosy neighboorhood near city centre

Nice 4 floor apartment in quite neighberhood (Oud West) very close to the city centre, musea, theatre etc. At the end of the street there is a daily market with fruit, bread, vegetables etc.
On the first floor 1 seperate apartment with own frontdoor, 2 person bed, bathroom and pantry (for espresso and tea, fridge available but not possible to cook)
The other (seperate) apartment is on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floor. The livingroom, toilet and extra bedroom are on 2nd floor, kitchen is on the 3rd floor and bedroom and bathroom on the 4th floor. Tha apartment is on the corner of 2 streets, very light because of all the windows and modern but cosy furnished.
Visitors are asked to take care of the cat (extremely friendly) if possible and to give the fish some feed now and then.

The neighboorhood Oud West is very close to the city centre, but has its own fascilities, a lot of take aways, coffeshops, a daily market and some very good and new spots to eat and to go out.

There is a nice mix of people living in tis neighbourhood, young, old, autentic Amsterdam inhabitants and people from outside Amsterdam and the Netherlands. A very lively but also in the evening very quite nneighbourhood.

Public transport is all around (trams 7, 17, 12, 13, 14 and 3) are just around the corner. The nieghbourhood is very well connected to the Central Station, train station Lelylaan en Sloterdijk. The airport Schiphol is only a few tram stops and 1 trainstop away.

We are a working couple of 36 and 42 years old, loving our house and our neighbourhood. We speak English.
