Hi there!
Our modern 3-room apartment of 90 m2 is located on the second floor of a condo. It’s situated in a quiet street near the famous “Jordaan”. Around the corner you will find nice (take-away) restaurants & bars. It has 2 large bedrooms, ideal for 2 couples, 4 friends, or a family.
Entrance
Through the big shared entrance you enter the condo. You can take the stairs or lift to get to the second floor.
Apartment
Hallway with separate lavatory
Large and light living room with wooden floor. Live-in kitchen, accommodate with fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso machine. Next to the kitchen you will found a big dining table for 6 persons. There is free Wi-Fi, a flatscreen TV with lots of international TV channels and a nice couch and love seat to chill.
The bathroom has a large bath, separate shower and washbasin.
At the back of the apartment is the master bedroom with box spring bed (180x200). When you step out of bed you feel a nice soft carpet floor.
Second bedroom at the front of the apartment with bunk bed, suitable for kids or adults.
Area
It's only steps away from the sparkling "Jordaan" area (Westerstraat). This is the area where you can visit the market on Saturdays and enjoy the little shops, restaurants, bars and the “best apple pie in town". The app is only minutes’ walk from the Anne Frank House (5-10 min), Leidsesquare (10 min) and the four famous canals (5 min). A big supermarket and an oriental grocery shop are less than 1 min away and open 7 days a week until 22.00. In the morning you can grab a cup of coffee on the nearby square.
