Spacious house on the edge of Amsterdam (neighbourhood Amstelveen), Noord-Holland, Nederland

Our house is situated in one of the most beautiful districts of Amstelveen, near Amsterdam and the Amsterdam parc/wood with various recreational facilities such as horse riding, a petting zoo, canoeing and hiking. At the back of our house borders the park "De Braak" for beautiful views from our kitchen, living room and bedrooms. Spacious home for a family with 3 (up to four) children. 5 minutes walk from our house are several bus, metro and tram connections to Amsterdam center (20 minutes) and Schiphol Airport (20 minutes, about 30 euro taxi ride from the airport to our house). Our house has a very deep backyard (30 meters and a small front garden. No cost parking across the street from our house on a large parking lot. Across the street we also have tennis courts and soccer fields.

Our house has four residential floors:
- Basement where the spacious kitchen ( 13 meters long) is located. From the kitchen is through a large glass sliding door to the garden. The kitchen is fully equipped: gas stove, large refrigerator including ice water and ice maker, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and various kitchen appliances and cutlery and plates.
- Ground floor with living room. Through the living room is also possible to enter the garden through a porch at the back of the house. The living room has a large flat screen TV and fireplace. On the ground floor is a separate toilet.
- First floor with three bedrooms and a large bathroom both from the hallway and through the master bedroom is accessible. Master bedroom of 40m2 with a large double bed and patio doors to the garden. A (smaller) bedroom for a child up to 4 years with bed of 60 to 110 and a bedroom for larger child with a bed of 90 to 200. Possible to put an extra bed. The bathroom with underfloor heating has a comfortable walk-in shower, double sink, large bath and a toilet.
- On the second (top) floor two rooms, one we use to store our personal belongings and the other is for an older child with a bed of 90 to 200.

Our garden is 30 meters deep on the south. We have a trampoline and a swing for children, a large garden table with bench and chairs for the entire family and several lounge chairs for parents. The sun is in the summer until 21:00 in the garden.

During your stay we are abroad. We ensure that through good friends that are captured live around the corner from us and they will be your contact person during the stay. We are also accessible and help where needed.

The Neighborhood

The neighborhood is quiet with lots of green, water, parks and playgrounds for children. The perfect place to rest after a busy day in the city.
