Luxury architect designed house in Alkmaar city

Our stunning house was built in 2006. It is situated in the heart of the historical city centre of Alkmaar. On the ground floor you will find a spacious kitchen, an indoor garage and jacuzzi room. The kitchen is equipped with a full steam oven, a microwave, a quooker, dishwasher, bar and dining table.
On the first floor you will find the living room and a toilet. You can watch tv, Netflix and stream your favourite YouTube video’s on the 74 inch 4K smart tv (also visible from the kitchen area). The first Floor gives access to a roof terrace.
On the second floor you will find the luxurious bedroom, bathroom and washingmachine/dryer. The bed is a high quality 200x200cm VI spring Signatory. The bathroom is equipped with a steam cabine / shower combination.
There is fast WiFi in the entire house.
The house is located in the heart of the historical city centre. During summertime the famous cheesemarket (Friday) is only 200 meters walking distance. In the city centre you will find plenty of bars, clubs, gyms, parks, restaurants, shops, a cinema and theater. Also Alkmaar has coffeshops and a red light district. In the summertime you can rent a small boat or go on a cannel cruise to explore the beautiful city from the water.
The train station is only one busstop ahead or 5 minutes cycling. It brings you to Amsterdam in only 25 minutes.
