Contemporary, minimalist, and luminous, this 3 bedroom villa is perched in a very exclusive spot with unbeatable ocean views and outlooks of the Cap Cana...
Where is it?
We live in a complex of 14 buildings, right next to the golf course. The complex is set inside a big resort "town" (of sorts) called Cap Cana. Ideally, you will need a car to get around as there are many things to do beyond Cap Cana in the larger Punta Cana region. You can get by with a golf cart rental inside of the resort.
Some of CAP CANA's amenities:
Wide-open beach, shallow, crystal blue pool-like waters.
Water park offering a variety of excursions including a zip line through the trees finishing off in the water, swimming in Hoyo Azul (a natural underground water lagoon or cenote), exploring caves. You can also take a catamaran cruise along the beautiful coast of Juanillo Beach where you will get a chance to swim and snorkel at the ocean pools along the coast.
PUNTA ESPADA GOLF CLUB
Considered one of the best courses in the Caribbean, Jack Nicklaus Signature Punta Espada Golf Club, This challenging par-72 course has been ranked by Golfweek Magazine as the number one golf course in the Caribbean and Mexico for eight consecutive years.
The Billfish Report has declared the east coast of the Dominican Republic as the number one billfish area. The promise of blue and white Marlins, Sailfish, Wahoo, and Tuna make this a favorite of anglers. The Marina is a catch-and-release marina, member of The Billfish Foundation. Major angling tournaments are held each year.
Our son takes lessons at the world-class "Los Establos". Take the kids for a pony ride, or sit to admire the view at the restaurant.
