magical islands in the gulf between the coast and Vancouver Island. Adventure "schools" train you in such sprots as rock climbing, sea kayaking conoeing and deep sea fishing. Or you can take it easy, find a few treasures along the beaches or in shops and end the day with fine dining. Big boats take you to sea to watch the whales. But for parisians, the joys of nature are perhaps the most inviting ones to sample, just because they are so different from the beauties of the Loire or the Luberon.
