Our quaint cottage style home is located just outside the small Ontario town of Dunnville. It is located on the shores of the Grand River which winds across Southwestern Ontario. From Fergus to Dunnville where it empties into Lake Erie. It is perfect for kayaking, boating, bird watching (bald eagles, great blue heron, many water birds) and of course fishing. With over 82 species of fish it is a popular destination for casting a rod summer or winter. Ice fishing is a winter pastime as is snowmobiling as the river freezes over usually by December until March. In the summer you can enjoy boating and waterskiing/tubing as well as the quieter kayaks/canoes. We have several golf courses nearby and the shores of lake erie a short 10 minute drive for some sandy beaches. Our home features a large master bedroom with a fireplace and ensuite bathroom. There is a walk out from the master to a deck with a hottub to be enjoyed all seasons. The living room offers large windows with a view of the water and a gas fireplace. Garden doors lead to the deck area as well. The 2nd bedrm can sleep two singles or one double. The lower level of the yard has a shed with all your fishing gear and a bon fire pit for relaxing at night.
