  1. We are a married couple, Nigel and Pixie, (60-ish yrs young) who enjoy travelling 'off the beaten track'.
Recently given up land living and now have a 58 ft Narrow Boat on the English Canals and a 38 foot Sailing Catamaran in the Caribbean - Cyclone season based on East Coast USA.
We enjoy snow skiing and seek a 3-6 weeks skiing home exchange, preferred time mid February to end of March. We also like scuba diving and sightseeing by campervan/mobile home and boats. (of course)
We would enjoy hosting guests or may exchange if the other party are experienced boaters. Exchanges generally need to be simultaneous and we are flexible with dates and periods of exchange. With 16 marvelous exchanges (including boats, ski chalets, campers & a TENT !!) completed over the past three years, we feel that this is a fascinating way to both meet new people and 'live' in other parts of the world, rather than just 'package touring'.
As it is disappointing to send 2 - 3 emails and wait in vain for a reply - we would very much appreciate your "Not Interested" email, if this is the case - Thank you - Cheers & happy exchanging - Pixie and Nigel. Our SKYPE CALL NAME is nigelnpixie

Where is it?

Votre Quartier

Difficult to describe the neighbourhood - it changes daily.
Suffice to say that the scenery in England is beautiful. On a canal boat you visit historic cities and villages of thatched roof cottages, rolling green farmlands with gambolling lambs, the fattest you've ever seen. Stop and smell the flowers, walk in the woods, spot a shy deer or hare amongst the bluebells. Enjoy a 'Ploughman's lunch with a genuine pint of ale, in an olde worlde English Pub. Or treat yourself to real 'Fish n Chips". The delights and activities are endless.

Sailing in the Caribbean cannot be described in mere words - take a look at some travel brochures or post cards and you'll get the picture. It really IS as beautiful as it looks.
Snorkelling, scuba diving, BBQ your freshly caught fish, eat ashore, spend an evening at a quaint bar, typical of the area, shop for arts and crafts, more-ish local liquors and tropical fruits.
During the cyclone season our boat will be in the waters or the inland waterways of the eastern seaboard USA.
