Notre maison
A very basic mixed pre-fabricated, brick and concrete, seventies, 3 story house, 300 ms from a very secluded beach, located inside a private reservation in the Atlantic Forest.
Surrounded by mountains (Sea Sierra-Serra do Mar) home of the most varied and colorful birds, which come to feed in the balconies.
3 hours drive from Sao Paulo City and 5/6 hours from Rio de Janeiro.
The entire beach, 800 ms and surroundings, till the top of the mountains belongs to a group of architects, engineers and other liberal pros, who started this urban project in the Seventies.
We have maned gates, an administrative office offering gentle services, security, and tries to make our lives as smooth as possible.
One never feels claustrophobic in this house. The green view is present from all rooms and the terraces nice and cozy.

I am a textile artist, working from home, living by the beach for 8 years now.
Have lived for 12 years in San Francisco and for 10 in Manhattan before moving in this house I've built before starting to travel. Love getting to know new people and going to places for a visit/short stays.
My kids (4) are grown ups and live by themselves.

From September till December it will be nice and a little unpredictable.
Our gardens mends with the preserved forest till the top of the sierra.
