Notre maison

Beautiful two bedroom apartment only blocks from the beach in Sao Sebastian. The apartment has two smaller bedrooms each with a bathroom and shower. French doors that open up to a balcony in the living room with a hammock. Large cooks kitchen with an outdoor barbeque. Large outside area off the kitchen with two hammocks, outdoor shower, washer and dryer. The apartment is in a impeccably kept gated community. The area is very safe! The city is located in a region known as the hamptons of Sao Paulo. WE ARE FLEXIBLE WITH OUR DATES OF TRAVEL BUT MUST BE IN AN APARTMENT IN NYC KNOW LATER THAN JUNE 10TH!!!

We are a couple in our mid 60's looking to spend two months in New York City with our three daughters. We are seeking our own apartment in New York City for our visit. Our middle daughter is getting married in mid June. We are both semi-retired attorneys who moved to the beach seeking refuge from the hustle of Sao Paulo. We keep a very clean home with minimalist decor that will suit anyones needs. Our daughter in New York City is our liason in for the exchange. WE ARE FLEXIBLE WITH OUR DATES OF TRAVEL BUT MUST BE IN AN APARTEMNT IN NYC KNOW LATER THAN JUNE 10TH!!

Sao Sebastian is 2.5 hours north of Sao Paulo located on a beautiful beach. Directly across from our city is Ilha Bela (A gorgeous island accessible by 24 hour free ferry). The island is one of the foremost diving spots in the world and has breathtaking waterfalls, beaches, and awesome trails to hike. The finer restaurants are located on Ihla Bela. About 10 minutes up the coast you will find additional amazing beaches (Maresias and Camburi). The area is just beautiful!! WE ARE FLEXIBLE WITH OUR DATES OF TRAVEL BUT MUST BE IN AN APARTEMNT IN NYC KNOW LATER THAN JUNE 10TH!!
