Notre maison

Our home is comfortable, clean and newly furnished. The building is only 1 year old, and everything in the condominium complex is brand new. Most of the neighbours haven´t moved in yet. The condominium is fully secured for 24h, and it´s located in a safe area.

We are a family of 3, me and my russian wife have met in London where we´ve lived for 10 years before getting marriage in Rio in 2011. We have a 1/2 year old son who we adore to bits. I run my own company and my wife looks after our baby, they spend most of the time in the pool and beach...good life :)

Where is it?

There is a huge shopping Mall 10min walk from the apartment, the beach is only 15-20min by car. Plenty of transportation around - Uber, taxis, BRT ( the new bus system ) The Olympic Park is located next door, about 10-15min walk. The beaches in our area are considered the best in Rio. Barra is a neighbourhood where there are a lot less tourists and it is surely more relaxed and safer. Visiting the touristic places is an easy task, off rush hour, you get to Ipanema in 25 min or Copacabana in 35 min driving. Or you can also take the BRT which is the new bus system, that will take you to the Metro station and from there you head south, where the most popular places in Rio are.

Our condominium has got everything, 2 swimming pools ( external and internal with heated water ) sauna, gym, a football field, gaming room, a small cinema etc etc...
