Notre maison

Our charming apartment in Rio is located in a pleasant neighborhood in Ipanema. We live in a nice 8 floor building, 24 hrs doorman and private parking. We have a spacious living room, separate dining room, big eat-in kitchen well equipped, informal TV room. The 3 spacious bedrooms, are separate by a hall adding privacy from the social area. One of them has a private bathroom and walk in closet. Two bedrooms have a queen bed and other with 2 twin beds, specially designed for our children. The bathrooms are all covered in marble. We also have a laundry private area. This place is really special and unique, great vibe, warm and friendly as Rio is.

I'm an architect and painter, in the 50's living with one of my 2 daughters. The other is married living abroad and has 3 kids( thats why we keep the children's room).We are looking forward to exchange our nice and loved apartment with a couple or small family, that will take care of it as we do. Sometimes I travel alone, sometimes with my daughter or my fiancee.
Be sure i'll care of your home as i care mine. Exchange period don't need to be simultaneous.

We are located in a pleasant neighborhood in Ipanema, mostly residential street conveniently located between Arpoador and Copacabana, 250m from Ipanema beach and Arpoador, and walking distance from nice and restaurants, cafes, shopping area with boutiques and trendy stores, art galleries, supermarkets and parks. The subway station is located just 2 blocks from our place, and fully served with public transportation around.
