Apartment in Ipanema, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil

We bought our little apartment five years ago when we retired and moved to Brasil as a second home. It is exactly 160 steps to the beach. The apartment is in an older, smaller building with an elevator and one parking spot. It is 100 M2 and once we had remodeled it, we ended up with only one real bedroom with sitting area, two small work areas (one for him and one for me)one with a sofa bed, two small baths (one for him and one for me), a laundry area, a nice little kitchen with copa and, of course, a sala (living room.) The apartment is small but well organized and well appointed - it has what we need to be comfortable and to get a good nights rest while in Rio.
We also have a house outside of Nova Friburgo that we will consider allowing guests to use. This has to be discussed seperately. The apartment has a maid that comes everyother week and if you need more often she might help you out (at R$120.00 per day)
