“Très compliqué pour qui ne parle pas bresilien pas de machine a laver ni de fer a repasser . il aurait fallu envoyer ce qui était sale par une femme de ménage qui ne comprenait pas le Francais la wifi était ok partout à condition de s'en occuper soi même pas . de drap de rechange en milieu de semaine en cas de turista. -------------------------------------------------------HOST RESPONSE----------------------------------------------------------------------- Christiane knew before she agreed with the exchange that there's no washing machine nor iron at the apartment. She was told that there were 2 laundries less than 200 meters of the apartment. I told her that she could use the building concierge / vallet service free of charge to take her laundry and / or pick it up, but that she would have to pay the laundry. Reception staff speak English fluently, but not the maid, who was in charge of tidying and cleaning the apartment free of charge and daily. She said nothing about the condition of the apartment, the services provided, the location, the leisure area (pool, sauna, jacuzzi) so I think 3/5 is an unfair review. ”
