A perfect place to R&R, 1 block off the beach
(Atlantic ocean) and 1 block off the river
Calm, clear, and clean water away from the tourist hassles, but only 15 min. from “Praia do Frances”, one of the most famous tourist destinations in Alagoas.

Only 20 min. outside of Maceio.

White sand beach 45 min. from the airport

3 bedroom,, 3 ½ bathrooms prestigious neighborhood tranquil surroundings, 5 min. from a mini market, were you can buy your basic needs, fresh fruits, and meat.

Simple, clean, country place with lots of room inside but since "inside" is not the reason you are there note that there is huge outside living areas for that wonderful Brazilean beef on the barbecue or cooling in the ocean breezes with a cold cerveza.

  1. We are a young retired couple with homes in Panama, United States, Canada and Maceio. She (Karina) is from Maceio and he (Niels) is from
    Canada. Our son Niels Jr is 18 months old and we travel with our Nanny (Gladys) who is from Colombia. We are clean, caring, honest and professional and expect the same from someone we exchange with. The homes are all part time so if Brazil is not on your list ask us about our other places.

Maceio is noted as one of Brazils top beach and tourist towns. It has all you could wish for in a city without the large city issues. Retreat 20 minutes from the city and you are away from city traffic, tourism, and enjoying the peaceful reclusion of your own beach community. Take youre morning coffee on the white sand and tickle your toes in the green green South Atlantic. Safe swimming and snorkling area so heaven for kids and adults alike.
