Notre maison

Very pleasant and comfortable home close to The Vila(downtown)and half block from the beach, all equipped. Swimming pool and shower, large deck, barbecue place, as well Pizza woven. Three bedrooms, one suite master, dinner and living room, lavable, kitchen and 03 bathrooms. Repainted.

We are Luiz, 62 and Ana Lucia Caiuby 58, a married couple with two married children.
We are both professionals (Civil Engineer and plastic arts) and enjoy travelling when able to get away. We have not done a home exchange before but are keen to try what sounds a great way to see another country as a resident - and allow someone to see yours. We would expect to arrange an exchange so we can visit other countries and some body will know all stupend paradisiac tropical Island in Brasil, just 2.30 hours driving from the biggest city in South America, Sao Paulo.

Where is it?

Votre Quartier

Very good localization in the halfway to the Ferryboat and Downtown. Close to all facility's, supermarket, drugstore, bakery, video rental, etc. Close to the best restaurants and half block from the seashore and the bike-track, nice to hiking or cycling.
